WINEMAKING: The de-destemmed grapes undergo a brief maceration on the skins, inside the closed press, before pressing occurs,.The must decants at 5°C for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures up to 18°C.
AGING: In steel tank for 3 months, in bottle for at least 3 months.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5% vol.
PRODUCTION: 6.000 bottles.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°C.
COLOR: At glance, it denotes intense gold color with golden highlights.
NOSE: It is clean and intense, with an excellent bouquet that recalls the Trebbiano’s erbal notes and ripe yellow fruit, peach in particular.
PALATE: It is soft and gives a pleasant warm feeling given by the high alcohol content, which in turn is correctly balanced by considerable acidity and minerality.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Fresh cheese, fish, vegetable, mushrooms and white meat.
